RETURN POLICY: There is a non refundable policy for all wigs. All customized products, preorders, and clearance (quick sells/doozey deals) are non refundable for any reason. Due to health risk, wigs are not refundable. All wigs are inspected prior to shipping for any imperfections and defects. However, if the product is defective, you may return the product for store credit only, as long as it is received back at the store and lace is not cut, non worn, tag attached, in its original packaging a store credit will be issued for the same amount you paid.
