RETURN POLICY: There is a non refundable policy for all wigs. All customized products, preorders, and clearance (quick sells/doozey deals) are non refundable for any reason. Due to health risk, wigs are not refundable. All wigs are inspected prior to shipping for any imperfections and defects. However, if the product is defective, you may return the product for store credit only, as long as it is received back at the store and lace is not cut, non worn, tag attached, in its original packaging a store credit will be issued for the same amount you paid. The color is really pretty but the top is a mess and I will never be able to wear her. Super disappointed.
It's called permatease. Any wig with lift has it. Sometimes in shipping it can look worse on arrival. A spray of water and a heat comb fixes it immediately. The create these small hairs to create more lift in the wig. It's perfectly normal.
