RETURN POLICY: There is a non refundable policy for all wigs.  All customized products, preorders, and clearance (quick sells/doozey deals) are non refundable for any reason. Due to health risk, wigs are not refundable.  All wigs are inspected prior to shipping for any imperfections and defects.
